Suggestion/Guidelines for submitting your proposal:
1. Name(s) of Performer(s)
2. Program with composers, dates, etc. and length (there are no events over 50 minutes!)
3. Extract or outline of the proposed workshop/lecture
4. A 2-3 sentence description of your program 
5. Equipment needed, if other than music stand (include music stands if more than five)

6. Short bios of all performers (less than 100 words)

7. If you are submitting a full performance program, are you willing to  play on a shared program?

8. Were you a performer/lecture/workshop at the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Flute Fair?
