2009 Mid-Atlantic Flute Fair - General Information

Directions: From Capital Beltway (I-495) take Exit 45A (VA 267 Toll W-Dulles Airport) go 6.6 miles to Exit 13 (Wiehle Ave. VA 828-S) go .4 miles, take left onto Wiehle Ave., continue for .2 miles, take right onto Sunrise Valley Dr., go about 1 mile to hotel.  (Toll Road, $1.25 each direction)

Hotel Reservations -Make your reservation no later than February 6, 2009. A special nightly room rate (single - quad) is available for the weekend at $89 (plus tax).  Special rates guaranteed until Feb. 6.  Please make reservations early.
 
Hotel Parking:
Hotel Parking is FREE.
 
Parent Fee is a special admission rate for parents of high school and younger students to encourage young flutists to experience the fair with their parents while keeping the cost affordable.
 
Membership in the Flute Society of Washington is open to all flutists (professional, student and
amateur) or anyone interested in pursuing the interest of the flute. The membership year
follows the calendar year. Yearly dues for a full membership are $20, student membership is
$10. Dues may be sent with fair registration.
 
Why Pre-register for the flute fair? You will received your name badge (required for admittance to all flute fair events) and program book ticket in the mail. No long lines to register. Don't miss any events!
