Convention Staff Accompanist Request

This request form requires a registration code which is obtained from the program chair. Payment Fee INCLUDES your performance. Select the amount of rehearsal needed from 30 to 90 minutes. Requested rehearsal time should be approximately twice the music selection performance time. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, but it may not be possible to grant all performers their requested amount of time. Refunds will be made accordingly. Accompaniment music should be uploaded in pdf format only.
