Intern Program
Are you a student age 18 or older with a passion for music and a knack for organization or social media?
Must be available convention weekend from Friday, 4:00 pm until Sunday, 6:00 PM
Join us as a convention intern and help make this year’s event unforgettable!
We're looking for interns who are:
- Creative and enthusiastic
- Organized, timely, and efficient
- Great with social media
Intern roles include:
- Registration support
- Tech & setup assistance
- Social media engagement
- Accessibility coordination
Interns receive:
- Waived convention registration fee
- Hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for two nights
- One-year FSW membership
- Valuable professional development experience
Online Application
- Your intern assignment preference
- Past involvement with the Flute Society of Washington
- Prior admin or AV experience a plus
- One (1) letter of recommendation from a non-family member (flute professor preferred)
- A student may only intern for two conventions.
