This refund policy applies to all paid events.

• Competitions and other audition fees are not refundable.
• Membership dues are not refundable.
• A payment processing fee may apply to any refund.

60 days or more prior to the start of an event the registration fee is refundable.

• Note: After Work Adult Flute Camp and other space limited events registration fees refundable only if the slot is filled by the waiting list.

8 -59 days prior to the start of the event 50% of the registration fee is refundable.

• Convention meals refund policy may be handled differently, see the event.

7 days prior to the start of the event fees are NOT refundable.
