There is a maximum limit of 5 stands per proposal.

Equipment Request*
We are happy to provide the following equipment: piano, projector, and screen. Other requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Presenters are responsible for bringing necessary adapters for personal devices (laptops, iPads, etc.), storing all presentation materials locally on their device, and running their own presentation (hotel Wi-Fi should not be relied upon.)
