Note: Maximum program time is 50 minutes.
Please list the title of your program as you would like for it to be listed in the program.
Please submit your program narrative that briefly explains the artistic vision, pedagogical goals, intended audience for the presentation or performance and a description how the program incorporates the convention theme, "Community & Confluence".
Please list your complete program include titles, composer names and dates, movements, publishers, timings and instrumentation.
Please include a clear description and outline of your presentation. You may also submit supporting materials (e.g., video, PowerPoint) via a direct link to a digital storage platform. Please ensure link permissions allow access to anyone with the link.
Please list all performers or presenter names as you would like for them to be listed in the program book.
Recordings of the proposed repertoire is strongly encouraged. All recordings must be submitted via a working "unlisted" or public link from YouTube. Please ensure permissions allow access to anyone with the link.You may also submit supporting materials (e.g., video, PowerPoint) via a direct link to a digital storage platform. Please ensure link permissions allow access to anyone with the link.
Are you willing to have selections from your proposal included in a shared program?*
The convention has limited availability for programming. Selecting "yes" grants permission for the program committee to selected and combine multiple proposals.Proposals will be given higher consideration if you can be flexible to share a program in order to give more opportunities to others.
Note: This does not include ensembles, flute choirs, masterclasses, or competitions.

Biographical Information

Please provide a biography for each performer, presenter, accompanist or ensemble.
Biographies are limited to 500 characters and should be written third person.
Response is limited to 500 characters, including name. Please provide any additional presenters or performers biographies in this field.

      Equipment Requests

      There is a maximum limit of 5 stands per proposal.
      Equipment Request*
      We are happy to provide the following equipment: piano, projector, and screen. Other requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Presenters are responsible for bringing necessary adapters for personal devices (laptops, iPads, etc.), storing all presentation materials locally on their device, and running their own presentation (hotel Wi-Fi should not be relied upon.) PLEASE SELECT ALL THAT APPY.
