Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention Program Book Ads
Deadline: January 15, 2026
Members of the flute community are invited to advertise in the program book for the Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention.
- The program book is available to all attendees at the convention.
- It will also be posted on both the convention website and the Flute Society of Washington (FSW) website.
- Advertising will be interspersed throughout the book.
Deadline: All requests must be accompanied by payment and received no later than January 15, 2026.
Ad Requirements
- Finished page size: 5.5” wide × 8.5” high
- Preferred format: Press-ready PDF
- Accepted formats: High-resolution (300 dpi) TIFF or JPEG
- Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi at 100% (final print size)
Ad Sizes
- Half Page (horizontal): 4.5” × 3.5”
- Full Page (vertical): 4.5” × 7.5”
There is a 15% discount for all sustaining/business members and convention sponsors.
