A current life, full or student membership is required to register for the Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention.
Membership must be active through March 1, 2025 for registration to be complete.Join the
FSW or renewal your membership on the convention registraton form.

Registration can be purchased onsite at the convention.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEES:
Convention registration full & life member, $125 *Special one-day convention pass full & life member, $85
Convention registration student member, $115 *Special one-day convention pass student member, $75
NON-FLUTIST GUEST PASS $20
Registration is not required for family & friends attending the Festival, High School, Junior Flute Choir or the Flute Choir Showcase.

FSW Event Notice of Photography, Video or Audio Recording
Photography and video recordings from the Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention help Flute Society of Washington to display the vibrancy and joy of our musical community. We use photos to enhance the quality of our print materials, newsletters, the fsw.net website, social media, publicity, and fundraising. We also use photos to further our efforts in education, outreach, and supporting the connection between flutists across the region. As a participant in FSW events, you have the right to opt out of inclusion in photographs/media. Please contact fswconventiondirector@fsw.net, to submit your written request to opt-out. Individuals who have submitted a written request will receive a red lanyard for their MAFC badge. FSW will not use photos that include anyone wearing a red lanyard.
This notice does not apply to artists and presenters who have a seperate agreement with the organization.
