Food trucks will be available each day during lunch. The Cabaret performance is OPEN to all registered attendees. Purchasing the dinner is not required to attend, and a cash bar will be available.

Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 7:45 PM, Colvin Run Room | A homestyle buffet dinner with fire roasted chicken, meatloaf, and a variety of southern-style sides, dessert, iced tea, coffee, decaf, and hot tea. Vegan and gluten free options available.

Sunday, February, 16, 2025 at 8:30 AM, Red Fox Room | Join fellow flutists for a delightful breakfast, including a special presentation by guest artist Jennifer Grim, as she shares her musical journey.

The Mid-Atlantic Flute Convention program book will be available online on the convention website. Attendees may purchase a printed convention program book, $10

Up to two (2) passes may be purchased for your non-flutist guests. Badges are NOT required for those attending only the festival flute choir, high school flute choir, junior choir concerts or the flute choir showcase events. A badge is required for anyone entering the exhibit hall or any other event. If additional passes are needed they can be purchased at the on-site registration desk or contact membership@fsw.net
